- The Service and its related content (including code, UI, text, and design) are owned by JianOffice Work and protected by law.
- You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use it only for providing and improving the Service.
5. Payments & Subscriptions (if applicable)
- If the Service includes paid features, you agree to pay fees according to the published pricing.
- Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
- If auto-renewal applies, we will provide notice. You can turn it off anytime.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- We strive to keep the Service stable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- We are not liable for interruptions or data loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
- These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations.
- Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If not resolved, disputes will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction.
