AI2Word is a web-based tool that converts Markdown-formatted text (including content from AI assistants like ChatGPT, DeepSeek, and Claude) into Microsoft Word documents. The Service is developed and maintained by an independent developer.

2. Account Registration

  • You may sign in using your Google account.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

3. Free Tier & Paid Passes

  • Free Users: New accounts receive 5 free exports (one-time, not recurring).
  • Paid Passes: Paid plans offer unlimited exports for the purchased period.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Plans are one-time purchases for the selected period (no auto-renewal).
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you have issues.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to attack our systems.
  • Abuse the free tier by creating multiple accounts.
  • Resell or commercialize the Service without permission.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service.

5. Your Content

  • You retain all rights to the content you upload.
  • We do not claim ownership of your Markdown content or converted documents.
  • Your uploaded files are processed and deleted immediately—we do not store them.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the content you upload.

6. Service Availability

  • We strive to keep the Service running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
  • We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily interrupt the Service.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
